Chinese culture is of long standing and well established and Chinese cuisine is famous all over the world.The development of Chinese food culture need reveal furtherly the features and specialties of Chinese cuisine, so that the people all over the world can appreciate its true essence; simultaneously Chinese cuisine should absorb advanced ,scientific and modern management and managing means from west countries to carry forward traditions and weed through the old to bring forth the new.
