摘要
江苏省北部沿海土壤大多呈盐碱性 ,植物类群不同于其它内陆地区 ,野生蔬菜储量丰富 ,营养价值高 ,是无公害的绿色食品。开发、研制野蔬制品是发展地方农业经济的一条重要途径。
The soil in the north coastal area of Jiangsu is saline-alkali soil, its plants are different from those in other landlocked areas. The reserves of edible wild vegetables are abundant and contain nutritional value, which belong to green food. The development and research of these vegetables are important ways to develop local,agricultural economy.
