信息化浪潮的冲击 ,对饭店业产生了深刻的影响 ,信息的开发日益受到经营者的重视。有效地开发信息资源 ,是饭店可持续发展、提高服务质量与水平的关键因素 ,是饭店实现管理创新、持续改进的基础 ,同时 ,也是提高饭店国际竞争力的重要手段。
The charge of information wave affects restaurant trade deeply. Managers pay more and more attention to the development of information. Developing efficiently information resources is a key factor in continuous development and raising service quality and level of restaurants; a basis in management innovation and continuous improvement of restaurants; an important means to raise international competitive power for restaurants.
