介绍了挤压法生产玉米面条的工艺和设备 ,对原料含水量、进料量、挤压温度和老化处理等关键技术和存在的问题进行了探讨。
The extruding technology and equipment for producing noodle from corn were introduced. The key technology and the existing problems in the aspects of the moisture contents of raw materials, feeding rate, extruding temperature and ageing treatment were discussed.
