摘要
研制能正确认识和鉴别纤维材料的定性鉴别剂。根据交织物、混纺纤维的结构特征 ,选用各种不同上染性能和不同亲和力的染料组成混合染液 ,对目前常用的22种纤维进行染色鉴别 ,得到各种不同色相。结果明显 ,对交织物、混纺纤维的鉴别效果也很好。这是一种简便、快捷(10s)、易于掌握的染色鉴别方法 ,重演性好 。
A qualitative indentifier which can correctly indentify fibre material was developed and prepared. Based on the structural features of union fabric and blended fibres, dyes having different dyeing ability and affinity were selected and mixed into dye liquid which was used to dye 22 kinds of fibres of common use for dyeing identification, obtaining different shades respectively. The result testified that the product had good identification effect to union fabric and blended fibres. This is a simple, rapid(10s) dyeing identification method. It has such advantages as good reproducibility, easy handling and easy promotion.
