摘要
采用阻抗法进行盒装风行巴氏奶货架期预测。结果表明,风行巴氏奶货架期与细菌数对数值密切相关。在30℃、6h预培养下加样100、200μ1及37℃、6h预培养下加样100~400μ1进行阻抗测定,建立回归方程式均可快速准确地进行盒装风行巴氏货架期预测,整个预测过程耗时11~14h。
Estimation of potential shelf-life of packaged pasteurized milk utilizing impedance method was studied. The results showed that there was a highly correlativity between shelf-life of 'Fengxing` pasteurized milk and logarithm of CFU per milliliter.The impedance detect time (DT)after 30℃,6 hour's preliminary incubation added with 100μl and 200μl milk sample or after 37℃ ,6 hours'preliminary incubation added with 100 to 400μl milk sample were investigated and the regressive equation was constructed for predicting the potential shelf-life. Comparing to traditional method, Impedance method was a rapid, accurate and convenient method and the whole estimation process could finished within 11~14 hours.
