摘要
研究亚硫酸法和碳酸法生产中对清汁钙盐含量有重要影响的石灰质量及工艺偏差等技术问题 ,证明澄清时所应用的石灰的有效CaO含量低于 75 %或石灰没有充分消和或石灰“过烧” ,均会导致清汁钙盐量增加。用能谱分析法测定积垢的成份并分析证明过饱充和过硫熏是清汁钙盐升高 。
The influence of the quality of lime on the calcium content in clear juice under the sulfitation and carbonetion process and the defecation process was discussed. The calcium content in clear juice is increase when the poor lime or the content of calcium dioxide less than 75% in the lime or the lime is not complete changed to calcium hydroxide is used. The incrustation in the evaporating pot is increased with the clear juice is ultra-carbonation or ultra-sulfitation , which is proved by the result of energy spectrum analysis of the scale.
