摘要 研究了几种催化剂对聚乙烯及其废料的热解产物的催化改质作用 ,考察了热裂解温度对液体油品产率及其组分的影响 ,讨论了催化改质温度、催化剂对催化改质所得气体产率、汽油产率、汽油辛烷值、柴油产率及催化剂积碳的影响 ,比较了热裂解和催化改质产物中汽油成份的差别 .使用PPA分子筛催化剂时 ,液体油品产率为 82 .3 % ,油品中汽油馏份为 4 8.8% ,汽油辛烷值为 88.1 . The catalytic reaction of several catalysts on pyrolysis production of polyethene and its wastes is studied.The influences of pyrolysis temperature on the production rate of liqiuld oil and its constituent was investigated.The influences of catalytic temperature and catalysts on the production rate of gas,production rate of gasoline,the RON of gasoline,the production rate of diesel and the carbon left on the catalyst are discussed.The difference of the gasoline constituent of pyrolysis and catalytic pyrolysis is showed.Using the PPA zeolite catalyst,the production rate of liquild oil is 82.3%,the gasoline in which is 48.8%,and the RON is 88.1.
