高效液相色谱法测定泰诺林中对乙酰氨基酚的含量

DETERMINATION OF P-ACETAMINOPHENOL IN TYLENOL BY HIGH PERFORMANCE LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY

采用高效液相色谱法测定泰诺林混悬液中对乙酰氨基酚的含量 .在C18柱上 ,以甲醇 /水 (30 :70 ,V/V) ,用高氯酸调至 pH =4 .0为流动相 ,于 2 85nm波长检测 .该方法线性范围为0 .0 1- 0 .5 0 g/L ,r =0 .9996 ,平均回收率为 98.9% ,RSD =1.12 % (n =5 ) .该方法具有快速、简便、灵敏。

A HPLC method for determination of P-acetaminophenol in Tylenol was developed. Chromatographic conditions were with Hypersil-C 18 column (4.6mm×150mm) as stationary phase; MeOH/H 2O (30:70,V/V) adjusted to pH4.0 with perchloric acid;as mobile phase ;flow rate in 0.8ml/min and wavelength of the detector in 285nm . The average recovery and relative standard deviation were 98.9% and 1.12%, respectively. The standard curve was linear in the concentration rangeof 0.01-0.50g/l (r=0.9996).The method is simple, rapid,accurate and reliable.
