摘要
应用浮萍试验技术检测Cu、As污染的植物学毒性 ,结果显示 ,Cu、As对浮萍的 4d -IC5 0分别为 78.4mg/L和 7.6mg/L .复合污染时 ,Cu、As的IC5 0均有不同程度的增加 ,叶绿素a含量也有类似变化 .另外 ,本文对浮萍抑制试验进行了探讨 。
Utilized the Lemna minor growth inhibition test, this study estimated the phytotoxicity of Cu, As and their combination pollution. The results indicated that the 4d-IC50 of Cu, As to Lemna minor were 78.4mg/L and 7.6mg/L. The 4d-IC50 of their combination pollution is higher than single of Cu or As. Lemna minor test overcomes algae growth inhibition test in some respects.
