摘要
通过对芦荟饮料中芦荟多糖的几种主要提取条件因素进行正交试验和检测分析 ,结果表明 ,芦荟饮料中芦荟多糖的最佳提取条件为 :提取温度 6 0℃ ,乙醇的体积分数为 95 % ,浸提时间 1h ,乙醇用量为样品量的 9倍 .
The author provides the main conditions with which the aloe polysaccharide is extracted from aloe beverage by an orthogonal test and testing analysis.The results show that the optimum conditions for extracting the aloe polysaccharide in aloe beverage are that:temperature 60 ℃;ethanol volume fraction 95%;extracting time 1 h;ethanol expenditure 9 times of the sample.Meantime,the author tests the content of aloe polysaccharide by using the colorimetric method of phenol sulfuric acid.
