摘要
根据海南独特的地理环境和气候特点 ,叙述了“游泳特色教学”改革的理论依据以及改革的构思 ,选择“游泳特色教学”作为改革的“突破口” ,并与传统的体育教学模式进行实验教学比较 .结果表明 :游泳实验教学与传统体育教学在胸围、肺活量、纵跳等测试指标上有着非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;游泳使学生的体质得到了增强 ,身体素质得到了显著提高 ,健康状况得到了改善 ,心理素质得到了锻炼 ,是一项终身受益的体育项目 .
According to the geographical conditions and climatic cliaracteristics in Hainan, the author elaborates the basic theory and the reform's thought of 'Swimming Feature's Teaching',and chooses 'Swimming Feature's Teaching' as the breakpoint,and maks a comparison with the physical teaching in tradition, the results show that: there is a significant difference between swimming feature's teaching and physical traditional teaching in the testing ways of thorax,pneumatic,lengthwise skip( P <0.01); swimming raises the students' physical ability in their life and makes them in a good thealth,meanwhile trains their psychological quality.It is a physical program that benefits our lifelong.
