本文首先对招标工作中信息的重要作用及信息系统实现的目标进行了分析 ,并结合招标工作实际对系统的设计原则与系统功能进行了探讨 ,文章最后讨论了用 DEL PHI语言开发招标管理信息系统的优势 ,指出招标管理信息系统的研究与开发 ,对招标工作具有良好的应用前景及现实价值 .

Information plays an important role in tendering,and the management of infomarion has a great effect on the work quality of tendering.The thesis discusses the study and development of tendering management information system and illustrates the advantage of Delphi in developing the system.
