Treatment of Acromioclavicular Dislocation with Wolter's Crook Plate

研究和评估Wolter钩形钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位的临床应用疗效。对 17例肩锁关节脱位患者进行Wolter钩形钢板内固定 ,其中Ⅱ度损伤 4例、Ⅲ度损伤 13例 ,受伤后1～ 5天内接受手术。经过 6～ 12个月的随访 ,未出现螺钉松动、内固定断裂以及内固定取出后再脱位等症象。说明Wolter钩形钢板固定能提供足够的生物力学稳定性 ,可允许患者进行早期功能锻炼 ,且肩关节功能恢复较好。适用于治疗Ⅱ。

To study the Effect of Wolter's crook plate in the treatment of Acromioclavicular dislocation. 17 patients underwent surgical repairs with Wolter's crook plate for Acromioclavicular joint separation. Four of them had Tossy type Ⅱ lesions, the other 13 patients had type Ⅲ lesions. The surgical repairs were done during the first week after trauma. In the 6～12 months follow-up postoperative examination, no complications such as infection, loosening of the screws, plate failure, or redislocation after removal of the plate were seen. The implant of Wolter's crook plate provides sufficient stability to allow active shoulder exercises immediately after surgery and gives patients full range of motion. The author recommends the use of Wolter's crook plate for repair of romioclavicular dislocation of Tossy type Ⅱ?Ⅲ lesions.
