摘要
研究植物源物质苦豆碱及杀虫剂吡虫啉对菜田蚜虫群落结构的影响 ,并测定了其对第一优势种菜缢管蚜的杀伤毒力 .苦豆碱在质量分数为 1 %时 ,以药膜法和喷雾法测定其击倒作用 ,KT50 分别为 2 9.74和 2 5 .38min,而吡虫啉在 1 %的质量分数下 KT50 分别为 1 2 .5 5和 9.85 min.以点滴法测定两种杀虫剂对菜缢管蚜的触杀作用 ,LD50 分别为 7.7× 1 0 -4及 2 .4× 1 0 -3 μg/头 .田间 0 .1 %喷雾 ,苦豆碱 1 0 d内校正防效均在 80 %以上 ,而吡虫啉仅为 6 6 .3% .结果显示 ,苦豆碱对菜缢管蚜有极强的毒杀作用 。
The paper reports the insecticidal function of aloperine extracted from Sophora alopecuroides L. and Cypermethrin to Lipaphis erysimi Kaltebach. The knockdown activity of aloperine was monitored by both vial residue and spray methods using 1% aloperine and 1% Cypermethrin. KT 50 of knockdown effects of aloperine were 29.74 and 25.38 min, KT 50 of knockdown effects of Cypermethrin were 12.55 and 9.85 min. The contact poisoning was monitored by topical application method, LD 50 values were 7.7×10 -4 and 2.4×10 -3 μg/No. Under field conditions, 80% mortality was attained within 10 d after aloperine application, but only 66.3% within 10 d after Cypermethrin application. The results showed that the insecticidal function of aloperine was high to aphides community and the community structure of aphides was changed obviously.
