Approach to Design Slipping Clutch in Automotive Hydraulic Transmission

摘要 从发动机扭振和传动系效率出发 ,设计了汽车液力传动系统的滑摩控制区域 .推导出滑摩过程中的汽车功率平衡方程 ,计算了滑摩控制区域的控制油压 .该设计提高了自动变速传动系统的传动效率和缓冲。 The control of the slipping clutch was determined after the study of the vibration on the engine output shaft.Based on the power equation,a model was established to calculate the control pressure of the clutch.The approach proposed by this paper reduced the fluctuation of the power train and enhanced the efficiency of the automatic transmission.
