铁基形状记忆合金防松螺母研究

Study on Fe-based Shape Memory Alloy Looseness-proof Nut

提出利用功能材料———铁基形状记忆合金来研制防松螺母 ,并对所研制的防松螺母进行试验研究 ,通过试验测试发现该螺母具有较好的防松性能 .此外 ,对该新型螺母的重复使用性能进行了分析和试验测试 ,试验结果表明 ,通过控制恢复退火温度 。

A new type of nut-Fe-based shape memory alloy nut has been studied.By experiments,the nut has good function of looseness-proof.At the same time,the pretightening force and the repeated usage are analyzed and tested.
