摘要
将自行研制的FeCrAl/WC粉芯丝材利用高速电弧喷涂技术成功地制备出FeCrAl/WC复合涂层 .用EDS ,XRD和成分分析系统得到FeCrAl/WC涂层的组成为FeCr的质量分数约为 84% ;WC ,W2 C及少量的 (FeCr) 2 O3的Al2 O3 的质量分数约为 16 % .涂层的工艺性能和力学性能表明FeCrAl/WC复合涂层具有高结合强度、高致密度和较多氧化物的特点 .涂层的高温冲蚀性能结果表明 ,在 6 5 0℃高温环境下 ,FeCrAl/WC复合涂层的抗冲蚀磨损性能高于 2 0号钢 ,并表现出良好的全攻角冲蚀磨损抗力 ,能够解决燃煤锅炉管道的高温燃气 -飞灰高温冲蚀磨损问题 .
A novel cored wire for producing FeCrAl/WC intermetallic coating by arc spraying was developed.High velocity arc wire spray technology was successfully applied to prepare the FeCrAl/WC coating.It shows that the cored wire arc sprayed FeCrAl/WC coating consists of 84%FeCr and 16%WC,W 2C,(FeCr) 2O 3 and Al 2O 3 by energy dispersive X-ray(EDX),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM) and image analyzer.Technical parameters and mechanics of FeCrAl/WC coating had been investigated.The results indicate that the coating has high bonds,high compacting and many fractions.As compared with water wall tube material of power station boiler,the erosion-corrosion resistance at elevated temperature of FeCrAl/WC coating is higher than that of 20 steel.At the same time,the coating is of excellent erosion-corrosion resistance under every impactive angle.The results indicate that erosive condition of high temperature flue gas and fly ash mixture in boiler tube of pulverized coal fired power station can be solved by FeCrAl/WC coating.
