摘要
为使汽车在不同工况及路面时都能使前后轴制动力接近理想的制动力分配曲线 ,提高汽车运行的安全性 ,提出了用数字高速开关阀及单片机组成制动力电液比例分配装置 ,实现前后制动分泵的压力按比例进行分配 .装置可根据汽车的载重量 ,确定与之相对应的标准制动力分配曲线 .实施制动时 ,由压力传感器检测制动器出口压力 ,由PWM信号控制的两个高速开关阀 ,适时调节前、后制动分泵中的压力 ,跟踪标准制动力分配曲线 .理论分析及台架试验表明 ,文中提出的方法可行 ,基本上能实现四轮同时制动而不抱死 。
In order to make the ratio of front and back brake force close to the ideal brake force balance ratio,in various driving situations,so as to improve safety,in this paper,a new electronic and hydraulic device which can control front and back brake-cylinder pressure according to load weight is introduced.It's composed of digital light-speed switch valves and a SCM.When a vehicle is braked,brake outlet port pressure is measured by a pressure censor and two high-speed valves controled by PWM signal,adjusting to brake balance,front-to-rear,to ideal in time.It's shown by theoretical analysis and experimental test that the method introduced in this paper is feasible,and accessible.It has a wide prospect in industrial application.
