摘要
根据旋臂起重机整体结构特点和规范规定 ,建立了面向整机对象的数学模型 ,基于MDOD方法 ,研发出参数化整体优化设计软件 ,并已成功地用于工程实践 .与常规设计对比表明 ,所建立的模型与方法很好地协调了旋臂起重机各结构部件的力学性能 ,实现了整体经济性和可靠性的最佳匹配 .
According to the characteristics of completed metal structure for slewing jib crane and the rule of design in this paper,the structure completed optimized design model of the slewing jib crane was established,and parameterized completed optimized design software was developed successfully based on MDOD method.The contrast results of optimized design and traditional design show that the model and method corresponded well in mechanical performance with each part of the structure for the slewing jib crane,realizing the best matching between completed economy and reliability,and providing modern design method and means for industry enterprises.
