路面清扫车吸嘴装置的实验研究

Experimental Study on Suction Mouth of Vacuum Sweeper

通过对真空吸扫式路面清扫车清扫过程的分析 ,提出了清扫车吸嘴形状的改进设计 ,即在吸嘴前后增加与地面平行的翼板 ,以延长气流对地面垃圾的作用时间 ,提高吸尘效果 ,减少引风机的风量 ,降低功耗和气流噪声 ,并通过大量的试验予以验证 .

The sweeping process of vacuum sweeper is studied with experiment.A new type of suction mouth with wing is contrived.The new suction mouth can prolong acting time of air current to the rubbish on the ground,enhance sweeping efficiency,reduce the current of draft fan and power consumption,and diminish noise.All these advantages are proved by a lot of experiments.This contrivance has got the state patent of china.
