摘要
通过研究添加纳米固体润滑干膜的摩擦学性能 ,表明添加纳米Al2 O3 可以大幅度提高固体润滑干膜的耐磨性 ,延长了固体润滑干膜的使用寿命 ,将其应用于重载车辆零部件 。
Through research on the tribological properties of dry film with nano-scaled particles,it is found that the nano-scaled alumina in dry film can increase its wear-resistance and prolong its lifetime greatly.It can be applied to over-loaded vehicles and this will provide basic theories for application of solid lubrication dry film.
