CO_2激光治疗牙龈增生的疗效分析

The Effect Analysis of Gingival Hyperplasia Treated by CO_2 Laser

目的 :应用 CO2 激光治疗牙龈增生 ,恢复牙龈正常外形。方法 :采用 CO2 激光治疗 2 5例牙龈增生 ,切除增生牙龈的同时修整牙龈外形。结果 :应用 CO2 激光行牙龈成形术避免了常规手术出血多、视野模糊 ,术后需特殊止血 ,术后反应重等问题 ,操作更便捷 。

Objective: To evaluate the effect of gingival hyperplasia treated by CO 2 Laser. Methods:25 cases of gingival hyperplasia were treated by CO 2 laser,the hyperplastic gingival tissue was cut off,and the normal gingival form was reformed.Results: After treatment the 25 parients achivevd physiologic and esthetic gingival form. The postoperation reaction is slight, no complication left. Conclusions: The CO 2 Laser treatment is superior to conventional operation in hemostasis, and the former more simple, achieving more esthetic form.
