摘要
目的 :探讨光动力疗法对肿瘤的杀伤效应、机制及其对荷瘤小鼠生存期的影响。方法 :应用光动力疗法作用于 15只接种 L ouis肺癌的昆明小鼠 ,对照观察其生存期。结果 :两组小鼠生存分析曲线差异有显著性 ,P<0 .0 5 ,实验组荷瘤鼠平均生存时间为 33.79天 ,对照组为 2 4 .14天。结论 :进一步证明光动力疗法对肿瘤组织具有杀伤和抑制作用 ,可延长实验组荷瘤鼠的生存期 ,为将其应用于临床治疗恶性肿瘤提供依据。
Objective:In order to investigate the mechanism of lethal effect of Photodynamic therapy for tumour and the survival effect of tumourbearing mice. Methods:The study was carried out with 30 Kunming mice inoculated by Louis lung cancer,which were treated with photodynamic therapy. The lethal effect and survival effect of tumourbearing mice were examined and compared between the experimental group and control group. Results: The survival period of experimental group and control group was averagely 33.97 days and 24.14 days respectively. There was a significant difference in survival curve. Conclusion: It is confirmed that photodynamic therapy has inhibiting effect and lethal effect for tumour. It may prolong the survival period of tumourbearing mice.
