宽带激光熔覆Ni基合金涂层结合区组织结构 被引量:7

Microstructure of Bonding Zone of Ni-based Alloy Coating Produced

摘要 采用 SEM、TEM和 EDX对宽带激光熔覆 Ni基合金涂层结合区的组织结构进行研究 ,结果表明 ,涂层结合区是由白亮带和深色过渡带构成。白亮带为细小的等轴状 γ- (Fe,Ni)固溶体组织 ,其与热影响区的主要结合形态为平直界面型。而过渡带为层片状 γE- (Fe,Ni) +(M2 3 (C,B) 6。 Microstructure of bonding zone of Ni-based alloy coatings produced by broad-beam laser cladding was systematically studied by SEM,TEM,and EDX,The results show that bonding zone consists of bright-white band and dark transitional band,the former is γ-(Fe,Ni) solid-solution solidified in the form of equal-axis,which keeps straight interface combination with heat-affected zones of the coating,The latter is γ-(Fe,Ni)+M 23 (C,B) 6 eutectic. .
