半导体绿激光血管内照射治疗血管性痴呆与阿尔茨海默病的疗效比较

A Comparison between Vascular Dementia and Alzheimer'S Disease Treated by Intravascular Diode Green Laser Irradiation

比较半导体绿激光血管内照射治疗血管性痴呆和阿尔茨海默病的临床疗效。对住院 30例老年期痴呆患者分为二级 ,17例血管性痴呆 (VD组 ) ,13例阿尔茨海默病 (AD组 ) ,二组同时进行绿激光血管内照射治疗 ,在治疗前后 ,二组分别作血液流变学 ,神经心理测验以及 TCD、EEG、EKG等实验室检查比较。结果二组在治疗后 ,全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数等血液流变学指标均有显著下降 (P<0 .0 1) ,神经心理测验 MMSE、APL、HDS等也均有明显改善 (P<0 .0 1)。但二组间无明显差异 (P<0 .0 5)。

Objective: A clinical effect compared with AD and VD treated by Intravascular Diode Green Laser Irradiation(LDGLI).Methods: 30 cases of dementia were divided into two groups,17 of them were AD and 13 of them were VD,treated by LDGLI on the same time. To make chonemorrhedogy Testing, Neuropsychological Testing and TCD,EEG,EKG Testing et al.in pre and post treating. Results: A dcreasing of Viscosity of Total blood, Viscosity of Plasma, Hemagglutination, Total score of MMISE,ADL,HDS have significant,But no significant meaning between in the two groups(VD and AD). Conclusions: Treated by LDGLI may be proved sufferers'chonemorrhedogy and clinical symptoms .
