摘要 大型回转窑群是冶金工业中重要的生产设备 ,其窑壳的运行热状态直接影响生产效率和产品质量。文中给出一种用于窑壳温度实时群测的红外热成像系统 ,它使用一台红外探测仪同时检测多台回转窑的窑壳温度。首先叙述了系统原理 ,然后详细介绍了系统设计和标定方法 ,描述了系统的使用情况并给出了使用结果 ,最后对该系统在窑壳温度检测方面的作用进行了说明。 The turning kiln group is an important equipment i n metallurgic industry. Its temperature state that is reflected by kiln's skin dir ectly influences the production efficiency and the product's quality. In this pa per, an infrared imaging system (IRIS) that is used in real time group temperatu re measurement for turning kiln's skin is described. First of all, the principle of the system is presented, then the system design and the temperature standard ization are detail introduced. Some results of the system application are also d escribed. At last the practical function of the infrared imaging system is discu ssed.
