应用短期发酵法评定牧草和秸杆消化率的研究

摘要 以体外两阶段法为对照,研究短期发酵技术试验条件的结果表明,用稀释的牦牛瘤胃液50ml,在39℃的恒温水浴中对0.5g的粗饲料(青干牧草和秸秆)样品培养36h,能较好的评定牦牛对粗饲料的消化率。而且认为,对青干牧草和秸秆应当采用不同的回归公式;试验测得短期发酵技术与体外两阶段法测值之间有高度的相关性(牧草r=0.9067;秸秆r=0.9354),短期发酵技术重复性较好(C.V=4.62%)。 A short-term fermentation technique with the rumeen liquid from yak was studied for evaluating the digestibility of grasses and straw. The results showed a high corretationship (for grasses r=0.9067; for straw r=0.9354; P<0.01) between the digestibility of the short-term fermentation technique and that of two-stage method in vitro, When 0.5 grame sample was incubated in 50ml dilute rumeen liquid in the bath of 39℃ for 36 hours, the short-term fermentation technique was a better method and presented the advantage of rapidity and good reproduction for evaluating the digestibility.
