摘要
研究了西宁市奶牛场黑白花奶牛体细胞中染色体畸变与繁殖性能间的联系,发现繁殖性能低下母牛的非整倍体和具染色体结构畸变细胞频率显著高于正常牛,而多倍体细胞频率无显著差异。
A relationship between the somatic chromosome aberration and reproductive performance was studied in Black-White cattle rearing in Xining milk cow farm. It was found that the frequence of the non-euptoid cells and the cells presented the chromosome structure aberration in the cow of lower reproductive performance was significantly higher than that of the cow of normal reproductive performance, but the frequence of the cells presented polyploid was not significantly differentiated.
