摘要
本文报道了照射前7—15min一次ip茵陈素40—60mg/kg,可提高^(60)Coγ线6—11Gy照射引起的造血型放射病大鼠30天的存活率为28.5%,其平均保护系数为1.940±0.8,对照射非亲系大鼠的剂量减低系数DRF值为1.149,且能提高照射鼠的体重变化百分率,增加照射大鼠的脾脏及胸腺重量;ip、po的给药时间分别以照前1/4、1h的抗放效果较好。ip 10—60mg/kg的范围内给药剂量对抗放效果影响不显著。本品对胃肠型急性放射病大鼠的预防效果欠佳。
In this paper, the preventive function of 6,7-dimethoxycoumarin for whole-body gamma-irradiated rats has been reported.By giving ip 40-60 mg/kg to rats once 7-15 min before an exposure of 6-11 Gy, the percentage of survival of 30 days in haemopoitic type death was raised to 28.5%; the average protection coefficient was 1.940±0.8; DRF(dose reduce factor) was 1.149 for non-inbreed line rats; and the body, spleen and thymus weights were all increased. The antiradiation effect was found to be better when the drug was given(ip. or po.) 1/4-1 hour before an exposure. The variation of drug dosage (ip. 10-60 mg/kg) had little effect on the antiradiation function. The preventive effect of 6,7-dimethoxy-coumarin seemed poor for rats with the gastrointestinal type acute radiation sickness.
