在新的形势下 ,高校师德仍存在普遍性问题 ,应从思想教育、评价体系、人事制度等方面采取措施 ,加强建设。

Under new circumstances, the college teachers' moral construction show lots of problems. We should lay emphasis on the training of young teachers from the respects such as moral education, evaluative system, personnel system, etc..
