Let R be a principal ideal integral domain with 1,Mn(R) is a matrix semigroup with n≥3 and based on special fundamental transformation. This article discusses the invertible matrix resolution in matrix semigroups Mn( R) and gives some characteristic results of matrix semigroups Mn (R) .
