鸡热应激与抗热应激的研究进展

Research progress on heat stress and antiheat stress of broiler

在现代养鸡生产中,环境因素起着重要的限制作用。为了更好地从环境因素上探索鸡的热应激反应与抗热应激添加剂的应用,在收集大量文献资料的基础上,对热应激鸡的行为、生产性能、生理生化指标、免疫机能的影响以及其抗热应激预防措施的研究加以综述,对应用前景作了预测,提出了深入研究的二条建议。

Environmental factors play an important role in modern poultry production. In order to re-search the application of additions of feed on heat stress broiler, a great deal of information was collected. The broilers' behavior, performance, biochemical indices, immunologic function and antiheat stress path-ways were analyzed and summarized during heat stress. Besides, the application prospect was also predicted and two proposals for further research have been advanced.
