意群在英语口语中起着非常重要的作用,能影响到说话者要表达的意思及情绪,在阅读理解中也同样起着重要作用。正确划分意群能避免误解甚至歧义,能更好地理解作者要表达的真正含义。
Sense groups play an important role in oral speaking and in reading comprehension as well. It affects the speaker抯 meaning and mood. So correct dividing of sense groups can advoid misunderstanding and can express the author抯 real meaning.
