摘要 工作在三极管区的JFET广泛用作可变电阻 ,但是其狭小的工作范围和ID~VDS的非线性关系 ,限制了它的应用 .本文用简单的方法 ,扩大了可变电阻区的动态范围 ,消除了非线性 ,并能实现压控正电阻和压控负电阻 . The JFET operating in triode region is used as variable resistor widely. But the narrow operation range and nonlinearity of I D^V DS curves in triode region limit its applications. This paper introduces a simple method that can extend the operation range and improve the linearity significantly. In addition, both positive and negative resistances can be realized by this way. This paper describes the principle of this method and shows the simulation results.
