硅对小麦幼苗几项生理生化性质的影响 被引量:12

摘要 砂基培养小麦幼苗,用不同浓度的Si(Na2SiO3)溶液灌溉后,研究硅对小麦幼苗叶片几项生理生化性质的影响.结果表明:硅的浓度在0至3.5mmol/L范围内,随着硅浓度的升高,叶绿素、蛋白质含量均有所增加;硅浓度在0至2.5mmol/L范围内,随着硅浓度的升高,小麦幼苗叶片细胞内硝酸还原酶活性增大,质膜透性、MDA含量、POD及SOD活性均呈下降趋势;硅的浓度大于2.5mmol/L时硝酸还原酶活性有降低趋势,质膜透性、MDA含量、POD及SOD活性均突然上升;CAT的变化趋势与POD及SOD恰好相反.说明硅在一定浓度范围内可以促进小麦幼苗生长、保护幼苗细胞,而高浓度的硅对小麦幼苗产生危害. Wheat was cultivated in sand, and was irrigated by different concentration of the solution of Si(Na2SiO3).Then, the influence of Si on the physiological and biochemical quality of wheat seedling was researched. The result was shown: when the concentrations of the solution of Si(Na2SiO3) increase, the content of chlorophyll and proteins in the leaves of wheat seedling increased , if only the concentration of Si was controlled in the limit from 0 to 3.5mmol/L; when the concentration of Si was controlled in the limit from 0 to 2.5mmol/L, with the increase of concentration, the activity of NR increased, but the permeability of the cell membrane, the content of MDA and the activity of POD and SOD were all tending to come down; If the concentration of Si exceeded 2.5mmol/L, the activity of NR descend slightly, but the permeability of cell membrane,the content of MDA and the activity of POD and SOD increased obviously, while CAT decreased. From the facts above , it can be shown that Si concentration was controlled in a certain limit can promote the growth of wheat seedling, and meanwhile,it can also protect the cell of wheat seedling. However, high concentration of Si can be harmful to the cell of wheat seeding.
