摘要
液压比例伺服阀在结晶器振动方面的应用 ,是一种新型的结晶器振动技术 ,可以取代传统的机械式振动装置。它所构成的系统简单 ,维护方便 ,可以实现很复杂的振动曲线 ,完美地满足不同钢种工艺需要的振动参数。本文阐述了一种结晶器液压振动控制方案 ,通过改造系统和变换给定的方法能够取得较好的控制效果 。
The application of hydraulic proportioning valve in mould oscillating system is a new technology which can take the place of traditional mechanical oscillating system.The advantages of this system is that it has a simple system and easy to be maintained,can perfectly satisfy the working process for different kinds of steel by providing different oscillating data.This paper expounds one controlling plan on hydraulic oscillating mould, perfect performance can be reached by rectifying the system and transferring the input signal,which brings reference to the improvement of control technology on hydraulic oscillating mould.
