Study on Biological Characteristics and Control of Asterolecanium castaneae

栗链蚧在湖北孝感 1年发生 2代 ,以受精雌成虫在树干、枝条上越冬。落叶期间使用石硫合剂、花保、松脂合剂防效很好。在卵的盛孵期使用甲胺磷等内吸剂 ,也能达到满意的效果。

Asterolecanium castaneae completes two generations in a year in Xiaogan,Hubei province.It passes winter by fertilized female adult on tree trunk and branch.The control effects are very good by using lime-sulphur,huabao and rosin-sodium-hydroxide during abscission period,and it is also effective to use systemics such as methamidophos during the peak period of hatching.
