摘要 目的:探讨CD44V6在胃良、恶性病变中的表达规律及其与胃病临床病理指标及预后的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学LSAB方法,对65例胃癌、10例正常胃粘膜组织和35例良性疾病组织中CD44V6基因产物的表达进行了观察。结果:CD44V6在胃癌中的阳性率明显高于正常胃粘膜和良性疾病组织,差别有显著性(P<0.05)。CD44V6的阳性表达率随胃癌浸润深度的加深而升高,与淋巴结转移和TNM分期呈正相关,CD44V6阳性者术后的3年生存率低于阴性者(P<0.05)。结论:CD44V6在胃癌中的异常表达可能是胃癌发生、发展的一个重要的分子学改变,有助于了解胃癌的生物学行为和评估预后,对临床治疗有一定的指导意义。 ve:To study the expresssion of CD44V6 in benign and malignant gastric lesions and its correlation with clin-icopathological factor and prognostic of gastric cancer. Methods:CD44V6 gene products were observed in 65 gastric cancer. 10 normal gastric tissue and 35 benign disease tissue by LSAB immunohistochemical method. Results:The positive expression of CD44V6 in gastric cancer was higher than that in the normal gastric tissue and benign disease tissue (P < 0.05). Expression of CD44V6 was related to the invasion depth and lymph node metastasis, it was significantly correlated withTNM stage. Patients with positive expression of CD44 V6 had lower 3 - year survival rate than those with negative CD44V6 ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Expression of CD44 V6 may be an important molecular change in the occurrence and be an important molecular change in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer. The study suggested that detecting CD44V6 expression is valuable to understand the biological behavior, prognosis and clinical treatment of gastric cancer.
