摘要
[目的 ]探讨针刺镇痛与中枢环核苷酸含量变化之间的关系。 [方法 ]运用放射免疫分析法( RIA)测定大鼠电针 1 5 min、 30 min、 45 min后 ,中枢 c AMP和 c GMP含量的变化。 [结果 ]电针 1 5 min大鼠全脑 c AMP含量降低 ,端脑 c GMP含量降低 ( P <0 .0 5 ) ;电针 30 min全脑和间脑 c AMP含量显著降低 ,端脑 c GMP含量显著降低而脑干 c GMP含量升高 ( P <0 .0 5 ) ;电针 45 min脑干 c GMP含量升高 ( P <0 .0 5 ) ;电针 30 min痛阈明显提高。 [结论 ]实验结果初步证实 ,针刺镇痛以大约 30
To explore the relationship between acupuncture analgesia and the contents of cAMP and cGMP of the rat brain The contents of cAMP and cGMP of rat brain after electroacupuncture(EA) for 15,30 or 45 minutes have been detected by radioimmunoassay(RIA) The contents of cAMP in whole brain and cGMP in telecephalon were lowered after EA for 15 minutes The contents of cAMP in whole brain and in diencephalon and cGMP in telecephalon were lowered and cGMP in brain stem are ascended after EA for 30 minutes (P<0 05) while the pain threshold arises remarkably The contents of cGMP in brain stem were ascended(P<0 05) after EA for 45 minutes [Conclusions] The results show that the time for acupuncture analgesia may probably be 30 minutes
