正常眼压性青光眼的新进展

The update development of normal tension glaucoma reserch

目的 描述正常眼压性青光眼的发病机制，临床表现，诊断及治疗。方法 查阅有关文献，对正常眼压性青光眼的发病机制，临床表现，诊断及治疗进行归纳总结。结果 正常眼压性青光眼患者有典型的青光眼视野缺损及与之相关联的视盘改变，在未用任何降眼压药物的情况下， 24 h眼压均不超过 21 mmHg，前房角结构正常而且完全开放，没有其他可能导致视盘及视神经受损的眼部及全身疾病史。结论 正常眼压性青光眼是血管因素，机械因素，自身免疫缺陷等多种因素共同作用所引起的，发病比较隐蔽，致盲后不能复明。治疗上要重视有全身危险因素患者全身病的治疗，应用多种手段降低眼压 25％以上，增加视神经的血供和改善视神经的代谢。

Objective： Describing the pathological mechanism;clinical;dignosis and freatment of nomal tension glaucoma.Methods: Consulting related references and sum up the pathological mechanism;clincal;dignosis and treatment of nomal tension glaucoma.Results: The patients who have caught normal tension glaucoma have tgpical visual field defect of glaucoma and the change of optic disc related glaucoma.The tension is limited to 21mmHg in 24 hours without any medicines to drop tension.The structure of angulus iridocornealis is normal and angulus iridocornealis is open completely.And without any other disease by eyes or body which damaged optic disc and optic nerve.Conclusion: The normal tension glaucoma is believed by now that it's the result of the combinaing reactions among vessel factors,mechanical factors and autoimmunity defectivly factors.the ailment is not easy to perceive and the patients are impissible to be enough cousideration.To reduce the introcular tension over 25％ by using multiple mathods,and to improve optic nerve's blood provision and optic nerve's motablism.
