不同方法治疗银屑病的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Different Treatment of Psoriasis

目的 探讨各型银屑病的治疗效果。方法 对 10 2例常规治疗欠佳的不同类型的银屑病 ,分博来霉素组、银屑灵组、迪银片组分别观察。博来霉素组 30例 ,给博来霉素 8mg加入 5 %GS 5 0 0ml中静滴 ,1次 /d ,15次为 1疗程 ;银屑灵治疗 8例 ,给予银屑灵 2 0～ 30mg/d口服 ,1周后增至 30～ 5 0mg/d病情控制后 ,每 2周左右减 10mg ;迪银片治疗 6 0例 ,先给予迪银片 5片 2次 /d ,服至 2 0～ 30d有大量脱屑时减为 4片 2次 /d ,病情基本控制后再逐渐减量 ,每次减 2片。结果 博来霉素组 90 %有效 ,银屑灵与迪银片组均为 87 5 %有效。结论 博来霉素、银屑灵及迪银片是治疗银屑病的有效药物。

Objective To evaluate three treatments of Psoriasis. Methods 102 patients, who failed in regular remedy, were administered with, Bleomycin A 5, Tigason and Di Yin Piang, respectively. 30 patients were treated with Bleomycin A 5 iv 8 mg in 500 ml of 5% GS, qd for 15 days; 8 patients were administered with Tigason po 20～30 mg per day for one week and then with 30～50 mg, after remission, the dosage was decreased at the rate of 10 mg per two weeks; The rest of the patients were given by Di Yin Pian, five tablets bid for 20～30 days, and then four tablets bid when squama was exfoliated, and then by a reducing dosage at the scale of two tablets. Results Most of them got cured or remitted and tolerable of the adverse reaction. Conclusion Bleomycin A 5, Tigason and Di Yin Pian work well for Psoriasis patients those who were ineffective in regular remedy.
