5-氟尿嘧啶加盐酸万乃洛韦治疗尖锐湿疣

Clinical Observation of 5-Fu and Valaciclovir Hydrochoride Treating Condyloma Acuminatum

目的 了解 5 氟尿嘧啶加盐酸万乃洛韦治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法 将 70例随机分为实验组和对照组 ,实验组联合采用 5 氟尿嘧啶局部治疗及口服盐酸万乃洛韦治疗 ,对照组只用 5 氟尿嘧啶局部治疗 ,全部病例均进行随访。结果 全部病例均治愈 ,治愈后实验组复发率为 7 5 0 % ,对照组复发率为 2 6 6 7% ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 5 氟尿嘧啶联合应用盐酸万乃洛韦治疗尖锐湿疣疗效满意 ,并可降低其复发率。

Objective To observe the effectiveness by the combination therapy of 5-Fu and valaciclovir hydrochoride treating condyloma acuminatum (CA). Methods 70 cases of CA were divided into two groups randomly, the patients in the 5-Fu and valaciclovir hydrochoride group were treated by the locally therapy of 5-Fu and were administered by valaciclovir hydrochoride, while the control group were treated by 5-Fu only, all the patients were followed. Results All the patients were cured, the recurrent rate of the 5-Fu and valaciclovir hydrochoride group was 7.50%, the control group was 26.67%, the difference was significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion The combination therapy of 5-Fu and valaciclovir hydrochoride is very effective and useful in the treatment of CA, and it can reduce the recurrent rate of CA.
