充血性心力衰竭患者运动前后血浆细胞间粘附分子-1含量及临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者运动前后血浆细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)的含量变化及其意义。方法 应用双抗体夹心法测定54例充血性心力衰竭患者静息状态及六分钟步行运动后即刻CHF患者血浆ICAM-1含量。结果 运动前,CHF患者的血浆ICAM-1显著高于对照组,且含量与心功能级别密切相关;低钠组CHF患者ICAM-1含量明显高于正常血钠组(P=0.039);运动后CHF患者ICAM-1含量较运动前明显增加(P=0.033)。结论ICAM-1在CHF发生发展中起重要作用,且与病情严重程度相关。CHF患者运动后血浆ICAM-1显著高于正常人的现象说明CHF患者对运动的耐受性明显低于正常人。 Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinicalsignificance of changes in plasma Intercellular AdhesionMolecule-1 (ICAM-1) levels in patients with congestiveheart failure (CHF) at rest and after six-minute walk test(six-MWT). Methods The plasma LCAM-1 levels wereassessed with a sandwich ELLSA in 54 patients with CHFat rest and after six-MWT. Results Both at rest and af-ter six-MWT, the levels of plasma ICAM-1 were both sig-nificantly higher in patients with CHF than those in con-trols, The levels of plasma ICAM-1 were related to seven-ty of heart failure according to New York Heart Associa-tion (NYIIA) classification. ICAM-1 levels were in-creased significantly in CHF patients with hyponatremia ascompared with those with normonatremia. ICAM-l levelswere significantly higher after six- MWT than at rest.Conclusion ICAM-l may play important roles in CHF,and the levels are significantly correlated with clinical sta-tus.
