四联短程疗法治疗消化性溃疡120例

Short-four Association in the Treatment of 120 Cases Active Peptic Ulcer

目的 观察四联短程疗法对幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡患者的疗效。方法 得乐冲剂 (枸橼酸铋钾颗粒剂 ) 1 1 0mg,每日 4次 ;盐酸雷尼替丁 3 0 0mg ,每晚 1次 ;阿莫西林 (羟氨苄青霉素 )胶囊 5 0 0mg,每日 4次 ;呋喃唑酮 1 0 0mg ,每日4次 ;1 0d为 1疗程。结果 溃疡治愈率 93 3 % ,幽门螺杆菌根除率 94 2 % ,不良反应 3 3 3 % ,年复发率 1 5 0 %。结论 四联短程疗法治疗消化性溃疡疗效高 ,不良反应小 ,年复发率低。

Objective To observe the efficacy of short-four association in treatment of active peptic ulcer with H. pylori infection. Methods Bismuth potassium citrate granules 110 mg once, 4 times daily; Ranitidinum 300 mg once nightly; Amoxycillin 500 mg once, 4 times daily; Furazolidonum 100 mg once, 4 times daily. Results Active pepitic ulcer healing rates 93.3%, H. pylori relieving rates 94.2%, drugs were well tolerated rate 3.33%, a year repeated rate 15%. Conclusion Short-four association in treatment produced highly healing rates, drugs were well tolerated, medicine were got easily and cheaply, benift with founding in normal hospital.
