高血压脑出血影响疗效因素分析

The Factors Influenced the Therapeutic Effect of Hypertensive Cerebral and Cerebellar Hemorrhage

目的 探讨影响高血压脑出血预后的因素。方法 对 12 0例高血压脑出血内、外科治疗的临床疗效分析。结果 据 CT显示病情分级制定个体化治疗方案 ,有助于提高疗效 ,影响预后因素包括 :脑血肿部位、血肿量、并发症等。结论 个体化治疗方案 ,多系统器官衰竭 ,再出血 。

Objective To investigate the factors influenced the prognosis of hypertensive cerebral and cerebellar hemorrhage.Methods 120 patients with hypertensive cerebral and cerebellar hemorrhage treated with surgery or medicine were studied.Results Individualized therapy according to the grade of CT could improve effectiveness. Factors affecting the prognosiscontained location of hemorrhage,the size of hematoma, complication etc.Conclusion Individualized therapy,multiple organ failure, postoperative rebleeding and infection are important factors affecting the prognosis of hypertensive cerebral and cerebellar hemorrhage.
