The Analysis of Misdiagnosis in Adults with Bronchial Foreign Body

目的 探讨成人支气管异物误诊的原因 ,以提高对支气管异物的认识 ,减少误诊 ,防止误治。方法 分析1981- 0 1～ 2 0 0 0 - 12我院 12例成人支气管异物误诊患者的临床表现、纤维支气管镜下的特征和误诊的原因等。结果 支气管异物患者的临床表现缺乏特异性 ,忽视异物吸入史 ,极易误诊为呼吸系统常见病。结论 对可疑支气管异物患者 。

Objective To explore misdiagnostic causes of adults bronchial foreign body in order to improve understanding of the disease ,reduce misdiagnosis and prevent incorrect treatment.Method We analyzed retrospectively clinical manifestations,fibrobronchoscopic features and misdiagnostic causes of 12 adult patients with bronchial foreign body in our hospital from 1981 to 2000.Results The clinical presentations of the disease lacked of specifieness.It was very easy to be misdiagnosed as other common respirotary diseases if doctors and patients ignored choking history of foreign body aspiration.Conclusion It is main measure to prevents diagnostic errors and incorrect treatment that doctors inquire choking history and do fiberoptic bronchoscopy in time in doubtful patients with bronchial foreign body.
