滨州医学院学生心理问题原因的探索及对策

EXPLORATION OF REASON FOR STUDENTS’ PSYCHOLOGICAL PROBLEMS

目的 :为进一步了解学生心理问题的原因及探讨有关对策 ,对负性自动思维与各种临床精神症状进行了相关分析。方法 :使用自动思维问卷 ( ATQ)与临床症状自评量表 ( SCL - 90 )对两个年级的学生进行心理测验。将自动思维的分数与 SCL- 90的各项指标做相关分析 ,进行显著性检验 ,观察负性自动思维与精神症状的关系。结果 :SCL- 90大多数因子与自动思维问卷分数呈正相关 ,相关系数有非常显著意义。结论 :负性自动思维与精神症状 ,特别是抑郁、强迫、焦虑。

Objective:To understand the relation between automatic thought and mental symptoms.[WT5HZ]Methods:students of two grades were given psychological test by the automation thought questionnaire(ATQ)and symptom checklist 90(SCL 90).The marks of ATQ and the norms of SCL 90 were analysed and examined to observe the relation between automatic thought and mental symptoms.[WT5HZ]Results:There was a positive correlation between most factors of SCL 90 and the marks of ATQ( P <0.01).[WT5HZ]Conclusion:The negative automatic thought is closely related to mental symptoms,esp,depression,obsessive compulsive,anxiety,and interpersonal sensitivity,etc.
