摘要
针对现有减振器的减振元件在高温、高压的钻井条件下易疲劳损坏的缺点 ,设计了一种新型减振器。利用钻柱内外的循环压差施加钻压 ,实现了钻头与钻柱的柔性连接。以泥浆作为减振元件来吸收钻进过程中的纵向冲击振动能量 ,减振效果好 ,振动衰减快。它与普通液压式减振器的不同在于减振性能不受温度的影响 ,不贮存钻头所产生的冲击能量 。
