子宫内膜异位症患者T细胞亚群CD_4、CD_8的测定

The Measurements of T Cell Subset CD_4、CD_8 of Patients with Endometriosis

目的 :通过检测子宫内膜异位症患者T淋巴细胞亚群 ,了解CD4 和CD8T细胞及其CD4 /CD8比值与正常对照之间的改变 ,探讨子宫内膜异位症的免疫病理变化。方法 :采用荧光激活细胞分析仪 (FACS) ,检测外周血T细胞亚群CD4 和CD8的比例及CD4 /CD8比值。结果 :子宫内膜异位症组外周血CD4 比例高于对照组 ,CD8比例低于对照组 ,CD4 /CD8比值高于对照组 ,各组间差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :子宫内膜异位症患者免疫调节功能紊乱 ,辅助性T细胞功能增强而抑制性T细胞功能降低 ,淋巴细胞过度活化 ,使子宫内膜细胞脱落。

Objective: The purpose of this study is to measure the quantity and ratio of T cell subset CD 4?CD 8 and to discuss immune pathological change in endometriosis(EM). Method: In this study ,CD 4?CD 8 and CD 4/CD 8 was measured by FACS. Result: The proportion of CD 4 in EM was higher than that of control group, but the proportion of CD 8 in EM was lower than that of control group. The ratio of CD 4/CD 8 was higher than that of control group, there were significantly difference in each group(p<0.001) . Conclusion: The immune function in EM was disordered. The function of TH cell was enhanced, however the function of TS cell was reduced. It would lead to sheding of endometrial cells that the lymph cells were excessively active and the immune mediums were released such as cytokine? autoantibody.
